What will it cost you?

Every deal is unique - because you only deal with the principals at Hollis Gore Associates, they will agree a fee structure that is right for you and your deal. One size does not fit all!

Our fee structures are aligned to our success at meeting our clients' goals. These goals may be very different, e.g.

• maximising your cash on sale;
• minimising your permanent investment and maximising return;
• getting a deal done fast;
• acquisition to enable rapid expansion;
• letting someone take the stress away from you:
• maximising your tax advantage.

Whatever your motivation, we guarantee that our fee structure will be based on meeting your defined objectives. The fees are always in two parts - an initial commitment fee and a success performance fee.

Every first consultation is free of charge. We will take the time to listen to you and gain an understanding of what you need. We will only engage with clients where we believe we have the skills to add value to your deal.

When you decide to work with us, we agree the terms of engagement and there is an initial one-off commitment fee.

Only when you achieve your goal, do we get paid our performance fee.
