Selling your business

You may have decided to sell or be considering selling your business. It is never too early to bring your advisor into your deal.

The process kicks off with a confidential meeting where you share your background, ambitions and concerns, and provide factual information on your business' historical, current and projected performance.

Of course, detailed financial information will be required, but most importantly we are interested in:

  • What makes your business special and differentiates you from the rest?
  • Who are your key staff and why?
  • Who are your customers and why do they buy from you?
  • What are your personal goals and timescales?

Following this meeting we will conduct further analysis on your sector and your niche, and we will produce a report giving you:

  • The options available to you
  • Key shareholder value metrics
  • Market value ranges for your business
  • The deliverability, timing and risks of each option
  • Our view on which option is right for you

We will discuss our findings with you, and you we'll decide on the appropriate next steps.
