How long will the process take?

Every deal has it own lifecycle. We'll give you a good indication right at the outset - but we can't give you a guarantee.

When does the clock start - the first conversation about buying a business? All we know is it finishes when you close your deal. Somewhere between six to nine months is a realistic timescale in most cases.

If you are doing an MBO, you must hit your financial targets and keep the business performing well. Our objectivity allows us to focus on the deal whilst you make sure the business is doing well and in a good position for your future ownership.

If you are doing an MBI, you have a huge amount to learn, and you must ensure that you believe the vendor and what he has told you. You will have a lot of people to convince that you can take on the challenge - so you need us to make the deal happen around you.

No matter how long it takes, we will support you until your deal is done.
